By ordering from Aican Graphics Inc, the Customer (you) agrees to and shall be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
Costs reflected in all estimates may vary upon final invoicing should the scope of work, project timeline or site conditions differ from what was understood at the time of the estimate.
Unless specifically included, any graphic design and/or file preparation shall be at extra cost.
The Customer warrants to have sufficient rights to use the graphics material supplied and assumes any and all liability with respect of copyright and other usage rights (such as model and or property release). If Aican supplies any image(s) or illustration(s) purchased by Aican for use in any design performed by Aican, the usage rights shall be subject to limitations and conditions set by the copyright holder, and the Customer agrees to abide by the same.
Deposits, as required, must be received prior to commencement of work. Aican may request any payment over $500 to be done by certified cheque, bank draft or electronic transfer and the customer shall then comply with such request.
The customer agrees that Aican Graphics Inc., it's directors, employees or officers shall not be held liable for any loss or expense incurred as a result of non performance, delay in delivery, technical difficulties or any other reasons.
Please note that any sign permit, if required, is not included and is the responsibility of the customer unless specifically stated to the contrary.
The customer shall not resell or in any other way dispose of any goods or services contained herein, until all are fully paid for. Aican reserve the right to reclaim and reposes any goods and/or discontinue any service, that have not been fully paid for within terms and shall not be liable for any loss resulting thereof. In the event that Aican executes its option to repossess, the customer shall not be relieved from the obligation to pay full balance of the invoice(s) for this order and shall be additionally responsible for any costs of removal, storage and/or disposal of the goods. In addition to the foregoing, Aican shall have the right to charge interest on any outstanding amount at a rate of 15% per annum.
Quotes are valid 30 days from issuance unless noted otherwise.
